My name is Hanan Sofer and I am Hanan Hagaban. In my cheese factory, in Herut village, I make rustic cheese from goat milk, cattle milk and lamb milk in traditional methods as people made for hundreds of years, without preservatives, without flavorings and without milk powder. The milk is being milked everyday in the cowshed with close inspection.
